Founder & President - James Riley
From the early years growing up in California's Central Valley, James had a passion for American Vintage, particularly high end period specific clothing and props. He has spent a lifetime collecting from all over the world, traveling the globe in search of special denim, footwear, accessories, and antiques. Getting his start by trading used denim to Europe and Japan, his business grew to specialty items such as American Levis, Nike Air Jordan and American Workwear. He's bought out multiple dry goods stores carrying mid century dead stock and has accumulated over three million pounds of vintage clothing. Designers and retailers have shopped from his collection for 25 years. Companies such as Levis Straus, Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie and Fitch, Forever 21, Replay, Lucky Brand, J Crew, to name a few. A regular vendor at Rin Tanaka's Inspiration tradeshow, as well as Rose Bowl Flea and Alameda, he can also be seen scouring the mid and southwest for hard to find collectible props, antiques, and retail fixtures. He's best know in the industry for his history and experience with denim, as well as, his very large collection of men's and women's footwear and accessories. James is currently preparing for the grand opening of his newly built and designed showroom located in downtown Fresno. The showroom will offer some of his finer pieces which will be for sale and rent, by appointment only.
